The City of Schenectady underwent a revaluation during the years 2007 through 2009 for the 2010 tax year. The tax roll was posted July 1, 2009. The City School District used that tax roll to put their own out for the 2009-2010 tax year. (I’m still not sure about the legality of that since they posted their taxes prior to July 1, 2009)
