Schenectady Landlords originated as the Schenectady Rental Property Owners Association, SRPOA. It has been defunct since April 2007.
This is an effort to get it started back up again at least in cyberspace. Memberships would be free. Articles would be appreciated. We will try to have categories for City and County of Schenectady Local Laws and City Code.
Landlord comments are appreciated.

Pat – Thank you for doing this; I am so appreciative of the time you spend, both on this site, and the other schenectady board (rants, raves etc.). Would it be possible to have a listing of potential property manager that people have been pleased with on the site? I may have use for one, but have no idea where to begin looking.

Most “real estate” agencies perform as property managers. Some lawyers also provide a management service.
We do have a need for Management Services and I will try to get a page together for that issue.
